Children's Cancer Aid Dingolfing-Landau-Landshut

Since 1994, Kinderkrebshilfe Dingolfing-Landau-Landshut e. V. has been caring for and supporting families in eastern Bavaria whose children have cancer. The volunteer board maintains personal contact with the parents, is available to help with any concerns or problems, and organises trips and meetings where those affected can share their experiences. In addition, the association provides financial support where necessary so that families do not have to worry about money on top of their great suffering. For example, it can pay for costs or subsidies for naturopathic remedies, travel expenses, private tuition or even spa stays that are not covered by health insurance.

As the association does not receive any government funding, it relies on the commitment of its members and donations. For this reason, the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation decided in December 2017 to help and support the association.
