Renovation Flooring Orphanage in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina

In December 2019, the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation received a request from an orphanage in Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina. The orphanage was built in the 1970s and had not been renovated since. The sanitary facilities were heavily soiled and rusted. The plaster and paint on the walls and ceilings had flaked off, and the parquet flooring was no longer usable. In addition, there was a lack of clothing, toys and furniture for the 71 residents of the orphanage. The Josef Mühlbauer Foundation therefore decided to help with a donation of EUR 10,000.
