Help for Ukrainian children - Support SOS Children's Villages worldwide

In March 2022, an employee of the Mühlbauer Group asked the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation for help for the civilian population in the Russian-Ukrainian war. People are fleeing to neighbouring countries and need to be cared for. But those who remain in Ukraine also need help. Among them are many children. The organisation SOS Children's Villages worldwide is providing humanitarian aid in Ukraine that benefits children and their families. Among other things, it helps with medical care, delivers food, hygiene items and blankets, supports families in coping with shock and stress, and, if necessary, accommodates them in neighbouring SOS Children's Villages facilities. The organisation also wants to help the affected families in the long term.

To support this work, the foundation launched an appeal for donations among the group's employees, with the aim of matching the resulting donations with an additional €15,000. This enabled a total of €16,974.45 to be donated to SOS Children's Villages worldwide.
