German Doctors e.V.

German Doctors provide voluntary medical services in developing countries and help where poverty is part of everyday life.

German Doctors e.V. is an international non-governmental organisation that sends doctors to work on a voluntary basis on projects in the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Kenya and Sierra Leone. They are committed to ensuring a life of dignity and provide healthcare and education for disadvantaged people in the regions where we work. They provide assistance to all people regardless of ethnicity, religion, nationality, political beliefs or other distinguishing characteristics.

Our doctors work for us during their annual leave or retirement for a period of six weeks and do so without any remuneration.

The Josef Mühlbauer Foundation has helped German Doctors e.V. with a donation to purchase essential medicines for the medical project in Calcutta.
